Not digging Cat Power's latest album at all. Kind of a waste of time.

Hey, it's album of the moment, doesn't mean it has to be recently released. I listened to it a lot before, but it's found it's way back into my AOTM rotation. Digging on Okkervil River. Vampire Weekend is good, but I can't shake the idea that they sound like a softer-edged Arctic Monkeys.

I don't know why but I just can't really get into New Pornographers or Neko Case. I mean, it should be right up my alley since I love Jenny Lewis/Rilo Kiley.

schmidty - you're only 2 years late on that cat power album. Lived in bars is a great song.

Check out Okkervil River. I think their album is much better than Vampire Weekend.
