I will concede that this is the best album I listened to last year, musically. Reckoner still requires multiple listens every time I hear it, and just about every track resonates and satisfies. Radiohead's finest moment since OK Computer!, as others have said. The only reason Okkervil River ranks higher is that the sound of The Stage Names struck a deeper chord with me for some intangible reason. -- wrx20l
